Hello and welcome to the Shipping and Returns Information page.

Here you can get acquainted with useful information on shipping and returning of our fur goods. Our store supports international shipping and delivery to most of countries and areas in the world.

You can purchase your items online and and we'll ship them directly to your doorstep. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

 

 

Domestic Shipping

We'd like to make it easy for you to experience LAFFON. That's why we're currently offering FREE ground shipping (3-5 business days) & FREE returns within the continental US on our regular delivery service. 

If you'd prefer Express delivery, you can select your desired option during the checkout process. However, this option will imply a shipping charge, also specified at checkout.

All shipping options will require a signature at delivery.

You are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. If products go missing after our shipping carrier has declared the deliver, we can not be held responsible.

All "in stock" products will be processed within 24 hours and shipped out, when possible, the same day. You'll receive a tracking number via e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched. We'll also notify you via phone or email if your shipment is delayed for any reason.

International Shipping

FREE shipping worldwide is available for regular international shipping (8-10 business days).

If you'd prefer Express international delivery, you can select your desired option during the checkout process. However, this option will imply a shipping charge, also specified at checkout.

All international shipping is done via UPS Worldwide, USPS Priority Mail International, DHL International or any other carrier that we see fit. Please note that you don't have to pay VAT when ordering from us, however, all orders will be declared at their full retail value and you may be responsible for import taxes and fees associated with the delivery. Should you reject the product at customs for any reason and have them sent back to us, you'll be refunded in full minus our incurred shipping cost. Refunds will be issued once the products have returned back to us. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the products in case you need to do so for an exchange or return. You'll also need to cover the cost of shipping your exchanged product back to you.

Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to bringing you the highest quality Furs and Leathers in the world – garments you will wear and, we hope, love forever.

However, if for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly accept returns or exchanges (pending availability) of unworn, unaltered, undamaged items within 14 days of receiving them.

IMPORTANT: Products purchased on sale (unless indicated otherwise) can only be exchanged for a product of the same or lesser value, if available. Otherwise, store credit in the form of a Laffon's gift card will be issued.

In order to make a domestic return or exchange, you must first request a pre-paid shipping label by e-mailing us at: contact@laffonleathers-usa.com. When possible, affix the return shipping label to the original box in which your order was shipped. Returns within the continental US are free of charge. Please make sure to include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You may drop off your return or exchange at any USPS location. To find a USPS drop-off location or to schedule a pick-up, please visit www.usps.com. All returns should be sent to the address below.

In order to make an international return or exchange, please notify us at contact@laffonleathers-usa.com about your planned return or exchange. We do not cover the cost for international returns or exchanges. Free international shipping applies only to the first shipment of each order, you are responsible to cover shipping costs both ways for exchanges. When possible, affix the return shipping label to the original box in which your order was shipped. All returns should be sent to the address below:
